WITHDRAWAL POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or in the case of a contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform us (OOR Studio GmbH, Wilmersdorfer Str. 151. 10585 Berlin, Germany, Phone: +49 30 28884045, Email: shop@oor.berlin) of your decision to withdraw this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@oor.berlin
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Irrespective of the statutory right of revocation, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in different size, or if you want to exchange it to a different item, we ask that you return the item for a refund and place a new order for the new item.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in the case of Exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (€5 Germany, €15 EU and €30 International).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
